1. Align on strategy & approach to target focus populations

2. Determine core outreach partners (community-based organizations, local/state/national leaders, faith groups, etc.)

3. Develop events schedule and media strategy & plan

4. Develop and align on core messaging; potential to test with focus groups

5. Collaborate with Clinical Work Group to ensure successful launch of clinical program.

6. Update Coalition Compendium

Coalition members will actively enroll potential participants through direct conversation, partnership with community-based organizations and local media opportunities that highlight coalition efforts.
