1. Define performance metrics and other measurement items needed to evaluate the success of the Coalition’s activities and clinical interventions
2. Develop and align on above metrics in conjunction with Coalition members
3. Design and develop a scalable data infrastructure for data collection, including demographic data
To track effectiveness of the program and ultimately show outcomes, develop a scalable data infrastructure including the collection of race and ethnicity data, with an eye toward using data to inform policy decisions and lay a foundation for longitudinal health equity research.
